"Research & Innovation for Society and Economy is an Open Access, Peer-Reviewed Journal. The copyright of all works published in this journal remains with the respective authors, who are free to use, reuse, disseminate, adapt, or apply the contents of their work in any legitimate form, either in whole or in part. Research & Innovation for Society and Economy strongly encourages authors to provide proper credit to the journal for the first publication of their work whenever it is used in subsequent projects. While Research & Innovation for Society and Economy does not specifically display a Creative Commons License, authors are advised to adhere to the spirit of the Creative Commons License CC-BY-SA for any reuse of their published content."
"Research & Innovation for Society and Economy publishes editorially and peer-reviewed research papers that adhere to high standards of academic publishing. Ethical behavior is expected from all parties involved in the publishing process, including the Author, the Editor-in-Chief, the Reviewer, and the Publisher. In order to maintain the highest standards of publishing, the following guidelines must be adhered to:"
Decision on the Publication of Articles
"The Editor-in-Chief of the journal is responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. In making this decision, the Editor-in-Chief may be guided by the assessments of the journal's editorial board, while considering legal requirements related to copyright, libel, infringement, and plagiarism. The Editor-in-Chief may also consult with other editors or reviewers as part of the decision-making process."
Fair play
"Manuscripts will be evaluated solely based on their intellectual merit, without regard to the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy. The opinion of the subject expert Editor or Review Board member regarding the suitability of the manuscript for scholarly publication will be the primary consideration."
Confidentiality
"The Editor-in-Chief, editors, review board members, and staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, assigned reviewers, Editor-in-Chief, and the publisher. The names and affiliations of the authors of submitted manuscripts must not be communicated to the reviewers."
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
"Unpublished
materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in anyone’s own
research without the express written consent of the author."
Contribution of Editorial Review Board
"The Editorial Review Board assists the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial board in making editorial decisions. Editorial communications with the author should only be conducted through the online system on the Research & Innovation for Society and Economy website to help improve the paper."
Promptness
"Any Editorial Review Board member who feels unqualified to review an assigned manuscript or is unable to provide a prompt review should notify the editor and withdraw from the review process. Typically, a review should be completed within a week from the date of the request to ensure timely service to the author and meet their publication expectations."
Confidentiality
"Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shared with or discussed with others except as authorized by the Editor-in-Chief. Editors and members of the Editorial Review Board must adhere to this standard as part of their ethical and moral obligations."
Standards of Objectivity
"Objectivity is the hallmark of the review process. Personal criticism of the author or their views must be avoided at all costs. Reviewers should express their opinions clearly, supported by relevant arguments. Constructive criticism, aimed at both assessing the manuscript's suitability for publication and improving its quality, should be the standard practice."
Acknowledgement of Sources
"Reviewers must verify the sources cited by the authors. Any reproduction of previously published works without proper citation should be explicitly identified to prevent plagiarism. Whenever feasible, reviewers should suggest appropriate sources for authors to reference in their manuscript. The goal is to assist authors in producing original work."
Confidentiality
"Analysis, tables, diagrams, and data provided by authors in their papers, based on their fieldwork and research, are privileged information. Reviewers must not use or take advantage of this information in any way that could inhibit the author."
Conflict of Interest
"Reviewers
must decline to review manuscripts if they have any form of conflict of interest
with any of the authors."
Authorship of the Paper
"Authorship and co-authors must be properly credited. Authors must distinguish between those who assisted in conceptualizing or conducting the research and those who provided encouragement. Individuals who offered encouragement should be acknowledged in the paragraph preceding the references under 'Acknowledgements.' The acknowledgement should be kept to a minimum, as it is included in the article's word count."
Acknowledgement of Sources
"Authors should cite all publications they have consulted, referred to, or relied upon in developing their arguments, analyses, and conclusions. A standardized referencing format must be followed. This journal accepts and recommends only the APA 6th Edition citation format."
Corresponding Author
"If a paper has multiple authors, the name of the Corresponding Author must be explicitly mentioned on the title page. This journal will communicate exclusively with the Corresponding Author regarding all matters related to the paper during submission, publication, and subsequent processes. Communications from any other author or individual claiming association with the paper will not be entertained. The Corresponding Author is solely responsible for addressing any conflicts of interest that may arise with other individuals claiming association with the paper."
Conflict of Interest
"Authors must explicitly disclose any financial or substantive conflicts of interest related to the research presented in the paper. The author is solely responsible for any consequences arising from such conflicts. Acceptance of the paper by this journal does not imply any involvement or endorsement of the conflict of interest or its related events."
Errors in Published Works
"If an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their published work, they are obligated to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate in retracting or correcting the paper. The journal holds no responsibility in this regard."
Funding Sources
"The author must explicitly acknowledge any organization, institution, or individual that has funded the research in the paper."
Plagiarism
"Research & Innovation for Society and Economy is committed to publishing original research and takes reasonable measures to
check each submitted work for plagiarism. Through institutional arrangements,
we screen all submissions using both licensed and open-source plagiarism
detection software. In line with the high publishing ethics standards followed
by internationally reputed publishers, we reject content that is not original
or contains an unacceptable level of similarity without proper credit to the
original sources. Additionally, we strongly advise authors to obtain any
necessary permissions for sources relied upon before submitting their work to
this journal."
"Authors must ensure they have obtained the necessary permissions to cite published materials where required. The publisher, Editor-in-Chief, and any officials associated with this journal bear no responsibility in this regard. In the event of any copyright dispute or violation related to a published paper, the author alone is responsible for addressing and resolving such matters. The journal accepts no responsibility for any form of copyright violation by authors."

Retention and access to Data
"Authors are expected to provide the raw data related to their paper for editorial review and should make such data publicly accessible when required. It is advisable to retain this data for a reasonable period after publication to prevent conflicts of interest with other researchers working in similar areas."
Simultaneous or Repeat Publication
"Authors must ensure that their paper submitted to this journal is not simultaneously, parallelly, or otherwise submitted for publication or published in other journals or books. This journal retains the publication rights for materials published on its website. However, authors are free to use, reuse, and build upon the content of their publications elsewhere, provided that appropriate credit is given to this journal. Standard of Writing
"Authors
should present an accurate and objective account of their research,
highlighting significant outcomes. Appropriate statistical and scientific data
must be correctly analyzed and presented. All external sources relied upon must
be properly cited, giving due credit. A scientific approach should be
maintained, even in papers addressing subjective topics such as
philosophy."
