
e-Journal Submission Guidelines for Authors
Submission Instructions
- Manuscripts should be typed in Microsoft Word with 1.5 line spacing.
- The title of the paper must be followed by the author(s)’ name(s), email(s), and affiliation(s).
- Use a single-column layout with justified left and right margins.
- Font: Main body text should be in Times New Roman, size 12 pt.
- Tables and Figures should be placed within the document at the appropriate points where they are referenced in the text.
- Abstract: Maximum of 250 words.
- Manuscripts must not exceed 20 pages.
Authorial and Ethical Considerations
- Papers submitted should represent original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere (except as an abstract, lecture, review, or thesis).
- The manuscript should not be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
- Authors should ensure that there is no copyright infringement in their submission.
- The manuscript must be approved by all co-authors and the responsible authorities at the institution or organization where the research was conducted.
Editorial Process
- The editorial board may edit selected papers for clarity or brevity, if required.
- The views and opinions expressed in the paper are solely those of the author(s), and the "Gian Jyoti e-Journal" does not assume responsibility for these views.
- Authors will receive notification regarding the acceptance of their paper within 30 days. The editorial board's decision is final.
Citation and Referencing
- Citations and references must follow the Harvard Referencing Style.
